*Please note that we can only access and provide transcripts to graduates of Odyssey ECCO. If you need to request a transcript from a different D11 high school, please utilize this link.

Odyssey ECCO Graduates High School Transcript Requests - please fill out the following form: Odyssey ECCO Authorization to Release Information - Google Form

• You will need to upload a photo ID with this request.
• Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your request to be processed.
